Messiah is the sixth boss from Raiden V. It is a weapon developed by SHIFT engineers which comprises of three sections that rely on railroads to move around.

Phase I[]
The yellow Messiah is fought alone. It fires straight shots, targeted blue shots and vulcan fire. As it takes more damage, it launches a barrage of projectiles which can be harder to predict when it moves around the tracks.
Phase II[]
Campbell adds additional equipment to the yellow Messiah, enhancing its attacks. The Messiah can launch plumes of plasma energy which can be deleted by bombs.
Phase III[]
Campbell sends a red and green Messiah while the yellow Messiah is given a second set of equipment. The yellow Messiah begins launching missiles, while the red and green ones can launch bullets at the player. All three Messiahs can also burn the player with their engine. The Messiahs can also link together to strengthen their firepower.
